About Our Waterfront Property Areas

Thank you for checking out our waterfront property areas page. No one covers more waterfront cottage territory in Ontario out of a single office than Engel Völkers Collingwood Muskoka.

Here you will find waterfront properties in the area that we service, from Bruce Peninsula around Georgian Bay (Nottawasaga Bay), to Muskoka.

Feel free to contact us by phone or email if you have questions or would like to speak to us.

Georgian Bay, part of Lake Huron and therefore part of the Great Lakes of North America.
The Bruce Peninsula is a narrow strip of Ontario land that shares both the shores of Lake Huron to the west and Georgian Bay to the east. Communities include, Owen Sound, Wiarton, Lions Head, Sauble Beach and Tobermory.  At the most northern tip if the Bruce Peninsula is Tobermory, famous for scuba diving and where you will findFathom Five National Marine Park. This is a freshwater ecosystem of ancient rock formations, grassy cliff-edge forests, fascinating dive sites on 22 shipwrecks. From Tobermory you can catch the Ontario run ferry that takes you to Manitoulin Island and the gateway to northern Ontario.
30,000 Islands of Georgian Bay
On the east side of Georgian Bay we have the 30,000 islands. Cottage properties are scattered over the inhabitable islands and the rocky main shoreline of this section of Georgian bay. Designated by UNESCO in 2004, the Georgian Bay Biosphere Reserve is an area of 347,000 hectares that stretches 200 km along the eastern coast from Port Severn to the French River, in the world’s largest freshwater archipelago, also known as the 30,000 Islands.
Port Carling, Muskoka
To the east of Georgian Bay we have the many small and large lakes that make up Muskoka. What do we need to say about Muskoka. World famous hardly describes the area of lakes and cottages. Small, large and everything in between. History that has been written in books and documented in movies.
At the south end of Georgian Bay we have the waterfront communities  of Honey Harbour, Port Severn, Port McNicoll, Victoria Harbour, Midland Penetanguishene, Balm Beach, Wasaga Beach, Collingwood, Thornbury, Meaford.

Lake Eugenia

Just south west  of Collingwood we have one of the only lakes in the area, Lake Eugenia. What a fantastic lake it is. Close to sking at Beaver Valley ski club, Blue Mountain, Osler, Craigleith, Alpine, Devil's Glen and Georgian Peaks. Also much closer to Toronto than the northern parts of Georgian Bay or Muskoka.
